YES! The home will be totally clean and 100% set up for you upon arrival.

We provide bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels based on the number of people on your reservation and the duration of your stay. We ask that all the linens stay inside the property at all times and that you bring your own beach towels and beach/picnic blankets.

YES! We make it easy to Pick Your Dates, Sign Your Traveler Agreement, and Pay for Your Reservation, all 100% ONLINE with a debit or credit card.

Cancellation policies vary based on how far out you booked your reservation, and whether or not you purchased Travel Insurance, which we highly recommend. To see the full cancellation policy that would be applicable to your dates just make an inquiry and the Terms and Conditions will pop up as you make the reservation. Generally, stays are non-refundable 30 days from the date of check-in, and have variable rules regarding stays more than 30 days out.

Traveler Agreement and Security Deposit Hold Required. After booking, we will send you a Red Carpet Rental Agreement to sign to complete your reservation. This no-nonsense Agreement protects the guest(s), host, and the property. The Agreement will come to you as a link, and we require all guests to sign it to rent any of our properties. The Agreement is available upon request before booking. This property requires a $300.00 security deposit, collected as a credit card hold.
